Bluegrass Stockyards
Directions to the Bluegrass Stockyards will be sent upon registration confirmation. The classroom portion of the course will take place at the Stockyards, with the hands-on labs at a nearby equestrian facility.
*Please note – live racing will be going on at Keeneland during our class dates. Hotels tend to book quickly, so you are encouraged to make your reservations as soon as possible (be sure they are refundable). We have secured a student rate of $90.99 (plus tax) at the Glo Best Western in Lexington, and a booking code will be provided upon registration. While the hotel’s shuttle service is currently on hiatus due to COVID, they hope to have it operational by our class date and can provide shuttle service to/from the classroom (we will still carpool to/from the classroom to the barn).
